A Portal for Quickly Sharing Knowledge and Feedback Companies may have compilations of material available to their employees, but it can be difficult to make everyone aware of available resources. Internal "advertising" certainly helps bring attention to a piece of information; posting a resource on the company intranet site is a start, and calling attention to it by posting a link on Yammer will aid in its circulation. Having useful information more readily available to employees may also help minimize the duplication of efforts. A Platform To Solve Problems Yammer can be a great place to receive candid feedback on processes that need improvement or processes that seem to be working well. The discussion atmosphere of Yammer not only allows people to identify potential problems, it provides a quick way to receive possible solutions from a wide variety of talented employees.
