(FR) was selected by Microsoft to be a part of the Technical Adopters Program (TAP) for Office 2010 in May 2009. Participating in the TAP was very beneficial for the firm; we gained quite a bit of insight into the inner workings of Office 2010 and learned how Microsoft manages their software development life cycle with their customers.
