An Ignore feature sends an entire conversation to your Deleted Items and a new Quick Steps feature lets you perform multi-command tasks, such as Reply and Delete, in a single click. With the E-mail Calendar feature, you can send your schedule to others so they can quickly see your availability for appointments. The new Schedule View provides a streamlined horizontal display of multiple calendars to help simplify your scheduling tasks. New calendar management tools enable you to save frequently used groups of calendars so they can quickly be displayed whenever you need them. Compliant, security-enhanced messaging is simple and effective across the organization using Outlook 2010 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. Together with new technology in Exchange Server 2010, Outlook 2010 enables you to receive voicemail and faxes directly to your inbox, and they can be accessed from almost anywhere using your computer, Outlook Mobile or Outlook Web App. Innovative tools such as MailTips notify users when they are about to send e-mail to a group or an individual who is outside the organization. Improved connectivity with Exchange Server 2010 will support the use of multiple Exchange accounts in Outlook 2010, making it simple for a user to manage several accounts in one place. 5. Backstage view is genius because it brings all of the previously hidden commands out of hiding and makes them more discoverable.” For example, printing tools — previously spread across several commands (Page Layout, Preview, Print) — are all together in one Print tab within the Backstage view.
