is becoming a critical business tool.
Law firms must follow their clients' lead regarding
communication policies or face scrutiny, lose a competitive
edge or be viewed as too expensive to work with.
While video communications will not and should not
eliminate all face-to-face meetings, they can create highly
productive meetings through the use of high-definition
video and high-resolution content (presentation, live
documents, etc.) integration. Firms that use video
communication technologies regularly for more than
interoffice communication are seen as progressive,
innovative and efficient. As corporate clients understand
the merit of visual and collaborative communication
technologies, it will be expected that their key partners
are ready to comply.
