About ILTA Providing technology solutions to law firms and legal departments gets more complex every day. Connecting with your peers to exchange ideas with those who have "been there done that" has never been more valuable. For over three decades, the International Legal Technology Association has led the way in sharing knowledge and experience for those faced with challenges in their firms and legal departments. ILTA members include firms of all sizes and all areas of practice, all sharing a common need to have access to the latest information about products and support services that impact the legal profession. Statement of Purpose ILTA is the premier peer networking organization, providing information to members to maximize the value of technology in support of the legal profession. We are lucky to be part of a profession that is evolving, transforming, adapting. The faces of technology we've grown accustomed to seeing are changing, and bursting to life are exciting opportunities. Our final white paper of 2012 addresses quite a few of these changes. You'll notice a focus on cloud computing, which presents the potential for modifications across the board for legal IT. Speaking of that, mobility and business apps are also discussed — talk about a literal transformation of the "face" of computing! You also have access to content about VDI, video collaboration, social media, database technology and more. It's exciting stuff, and we owe a big thank you to all our contributing authors who shared their insights. It's a vibrant sea of change out there — more than just ones and zeros.
