One of ILTA's supporting organizational structures is a long-standing volunteer resource, the City Representative. The individuals in that role have provided deep value to the association, and we're pleased to announce the renaming and refocusing of that role. Your Regional Member Liaison (RML) is the person in your local area (for major metropolitan sites) or your regional area (for areas where multiple smaller jurisdictions are covered) who provides connectivity to other local members. You'll continue to receive notices of ILTA programming in your city or region, and you should experience a stronger connection to your volunteer peer who is keeping you knowledgeable and connected to the ILTA universe. The RML will honor the mission of providing and enhancing value to members by focusing on all ILTA opportunities for member relationships, education and collaboration. The RML is charged with assisting members with building relationships with each other and the organization, and will act as an advocate on behalf of the membership to the organization. 96 Peer to Peer Have you changed jobs, been promoted, presented at an IT event or been recognized for your work?
