open mic Being authentic is essential to effective leadership. If you are honest about your own shortcomings, it is much easier to continue your journey of self- awareness and provide grace when others make mistakes. Be true to yourself and true to others — the grace and trust will follow. Gina Buser Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Traveling Coaches ARTICLE TITLE As trainers, we’re often asked how to set up an e-mail message for an attorney to review and send without him/ her having to type anything (assuming the secretary has total access to the attorney’s Inbox in Outlook 2007/2010.) The secretary creates the draft message, including the “To:” field, the body text, signature and attachments as desired. Click the X to close the message, and choose “Yes” to save it in the Drafts folder of the secretary’s Inbox. Then DRAG that e-mail message to the Drafts folder of the attorney’s inbox. The attorney can then open the message and click Send after making any desired changes.
