NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Pursuant to Article 5.1 (Annual Meeting) and 5.7 (Notice of a Meeting of
the Corporation) of the Bylaws of the Corporation, notice is hereby given
that the Annual Meeting of the Corporation will be held on Thursday,
August 22, at 12:30 p.m. in the Swan Ballroom of Walt Disney World Swan
Hotel in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
The agenda is as follows:
