We all need to communicate to be clear on what we are working together to achieve. Poorly written e-mail messages or documents can cause more confusion than if there had been no communication at all. We’ve Project Management ILTA White Paper probably all had experiences with someone who e-mails us in a frenzy — no subject line and a message like “My Microsoft is broken, can you fix it?!” About the only thing the message has conveyed is the sender’s impatience and frustration. Consider, too, that nearly everything you write needs to be persuasive.
