hen Mauricio Castillo
wrote his editorial, "The
Omega Point and Beyond:
The Singularity Event,"
for the March 2012 issue
of the American Journal of Neuroradiology,
he speculated that the "intellectual Singularity
[the gateway to corporal Singularity] may be
as close as 45–50 years away" (https://pmc.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7966419/).
Fast-forward 13 years, and humanity is racing
towards this evolutionary event faster than
we once imagined. Our present vantage point
suggests that "Adapting to Change" is more
than a popular buzzword or phrase used to
name this issue of Peer to Peer. It is a practical
imperative for businesses that want to survive
and thrive in the 21st century's third decade.
Adapt, change, evolve, or become obsolete.
