Anusia Gillespie LinkedIn / anusiagillespie 2024 WINNER Y O U N G P R O F E S S I O N A L S T O W A T C H / 2024 A nusia toured the legal ecosystem through academia at Harvard Law School Executive Education, law firm business as the first Head of Innovation at Eversheds Sutherland, and in-house service transformation at UnitedLex before joining SkillBurst Interactive as their Chief Strategy Officer. At Eversheds Sutherland, Anusia spearheaded a successful "Spoliation Scientist" collaborative project with legal tech professionals specializing in knowledge management and pricing, the creative team for UI design, practicing litigators, and a third-party vendor. She continues to spearhead programmatic collaboration for legal technologists around professional development, general counsel, practicing lawyers, innovation executives, and more. Anusia perceives professionalism as the willingness to work with respect, humility, and accountability to achieve shared goals and engage in positive working relationships. She appreciates what others bring to the table, keeps an open mind, and defers to others' expertise when necessary. She volunteers as an organizer for LegalTech Boston. Anusia has donated time to the Women's Bar Association and developed a pro bono fundraising event for the Lawyers Have Heart program to support the American Heart Association. In 2020, she participated in ILTA's webinar, Women Who Lead - Herstory: Getting a Seat at the Table - Three Women Tell Their Inspirational Stories and won the Amicus Champions of Justice Award.
