Stephanie has spearheaded several transformative technology projects to enhance firm operations, like the launch of Gunderson Dettmer's Gen AI app, ChatGD, chatbot creation, SMART requests, and automated documents and platforms. Integrity, accountability, and respect are foundational to Stephanie's professional identity. Her commitment to these principles is evidenced through her efforts to defend the rights of individuals and organizations, ensuring that justice and fairness are upheld. Stephanie advocates for inclusivity and access to justice as integral components of professional conduct. She utilizes her position and skills to mentor others and break down barriers to participation. Stephanie founded BOLD Women of Legal Tech, inspired by a transformative weekend spent with Caroline Criado Perez's "Invisible Women: Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men." The group, now nearly 200 strong, focuses on mutual support and fostering inclusivity within legal tech. She collaborates with the RAILS (Responsible AI in Legal Systems) collective effort to ensure that AI is used ethically in legal contexts. Stephanie, an ILTA volunteer, participates in myMentor mentorship program and attends ILTACON yearly. She contributes to podcasts and is active on message boards and ILTA's LinkedIn community.
