This group of two Co-Chairs, 7 Team Coordinators, and over 40 Session Coordinators worked so hard to make sure that the ILTACON education was nothing short of "magical" in the backyard of the Magic Kingdom. Unsurprisingly, generative AI was a focus in several sessions (at least ten) and those sessions drew great interest. Our new content team that focused on Professional Development, Leadership, Change Management, and Project Management did a great job of providing "something or just about everyone" in any given educational timeslot. eDiscovery is always a hot topic because it is always evolving—we covered several eDiscovery topics during the week, culminating with the ever-popular Litigation Support Roundtable on Thursday afternoon. Training topics were also prevalent at ILTACON. We offered such a diverse range of topics on Security, Core Technology, Applications, M365, Knowledge Management, Information Governance and Information Strategy, Pricing, Business Development, AI, and Emerging Technology. (I'm writing this from a vacation home in Florida, so I am SINCERELY hoping I did not leave out any areas of focus.) I was always a big fan of the Schoolhouse Rock video "How a Bill Becomes a Law", so I would love to give you a behind-the- scenes look at how an idea becomes an ILTACON session. First of all, I would love for you to know that the 2023 2024 Co-Chairs and met briefly with the ILTA Event Education staff about ILTACON 2024 the day after ILTACON 2023 ended. Planning for one year's conference literally begins the day after the previous year's conference ends. • In September, we will interview and select Team Coordinators for 2024. by Denise Ash
