The question asked was "What steps has your firm taken to facilitate printing at home". Again, the 2020 survey was early in the year and technicians were focused on getting people settled at home. This year, when it turned out this lock down was really going to last, they were tweaking those settings and helping people print directly from Citrix. Also of note here is the firm size breakdown. The percentage of firms providing printers is similar across all firm sizes. Assistance with printer configuration is done by half of small firms and by 2/3 of mid and large size firms. Offering security guidance increases from 7% for small firms to 53% for the large firms. What steps has your firm taken to facilitate printing at home?
