Virtual Education
In addition to the surveys and white papers mentioned
above, our Content Teams have done a stellar job of
producing webinars, podcasts and blogs on current topics
of interest to our members. Over 184 pieces of additional
content have been produced in 2020. If you can't attend
a webinar live you usually have a chance to catch the
recording after the fact. We post them to our Recordings
library and you can find the 2020 webinar recordings
here and the 2020 podcasts here. Blogs have become
supplemental educational content and are available for all
to read here.
Our new delivery vehicles (started in 2019) have
continued in 2020 and will continue in 2021.
First, we have the Bleeding Edge podcast. A bi-
monthly special, it's intent is to tackle new, timely, and
interesting topics in legal technology. The episodes to date
can be found here.
The second was our quarterly virtual roundtable
called "Ripped from the Headlines". As the year
progressed these were transitioned to the "There
are No Experts" roundtables sponsored by the new
#CreatingTheFutureTogether community. The intent
of these virtual round tables was to learn and innovate
together in a virtual world where we're all trailblazing.
The recordings from the past roundtables to date can be
found in the library of the #CreatingTheFutureTogether
community.
Continuing in 2020 was the production of our
quarterly content briefings. A one-stop-shop document to
see all of the educational content put out the prior quarter.
Think of them as a Table of Contents with direct links to
all of the published content. If you missed any of them,

Online Communities
Often cited as one of the most popular member benefits –
we saw a huge surge in online activity as ILTA's members
and business partners reacted quickly and heroically to the
demand to transform in-person, high touch businesses into
effective remote workplaces overnight. W hether it was
security and data governance strategies or the human side
of the equation ... phasing employees back into the office
or how to run a summer associate program while in lock
down, we all learned and shared together. We created two
new public communities this year. As mentioned earlier,
the new #CreatingTheFutureTogether community is open
to all legal professionals across the globe interested in
helping the legal community frame big picture topics and
move the legal industry forward. The Diversity, Equity
& Inclusion community provides an open and welcoming
place for sharing ideas, resources and dialogue on topics
of diversity and inclusion. As mentioned previously, they
have a full day of education planned for Q1 2021 that you
won't want to miss.
