Labels Activity Explorer The Label Activity Explorer is now generally available. This provides real-time data that lets you investigate risky label activity and verify that labels are being applied to content as you intended. Use this information to increase confidence that sensitive data has been detected, classified, and retained according to your organization's policies. Filter on labels applied at either the file or folder level to learn more about activities and changes. Once you find the label and file or folder of interest, you can investigate further by reviewing details such as the user who applied the label, file name, and parent site. If you have the right permissions, you can even access the in-place content directly. With Microsoft Office 365 Advanced Data Governance tools, you can now find and retain data that is most important while eliminating redundant, obsolete and trivial data that could cause risk if compromised. Office 365 Advanced Data Governance applies machine learning to intelligently deliver proactive policy recommendations; classify data based on automatic analysis of factors like the type of data, its age and the users who have interacted with it; and take action, such as preservation or deletion. Office 365 Advanced Data Governance uses machine- assisted insights to help meet organizational compliance by enabling administrators to import, find, classify, set policies, and act on the data that is most important to an organization. High-value content across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Skype for Business is efficiently protected based on an organization's policies or on legal requirements. You can classify, set policy, and act on the data that is most relevant for your organization, with recommendations driven by behavioral analysis and machine learning.
