ILTA Millennials are less trusting and, as mentioned, very skeptical. Consider the graph above. The survey done shows that Millennials are less trusting of others compared to the other generations by as much 150%. Their scores show in the 18% -25% range compared to other generations who are in the 40% - 50% range. Understand that millennial jurors feel that their youth and inexperience do not prevent them from being leaders and having opinions. Communication strate has also evolved to keep the interest of millennials. Visual advocacy has taken a new approach than it did 25 years ago.
