knowledge libraries and digital training media. They expect that their employers will provide such offerings. Giving Attorneys the Power To Train Themselves To address these challenges, WSGR worked with Altus365, a provider of video search and management systems, to develop and deploy WSGR On-Demand Learning (WODL). WODL enables attorneys to watch a class online, print and read a transcript, or download a class to an MP3 player for later listening or viewing. WSGR provides WODL for the firm's attorneys and for clients' in-house attorneys in areas such as corporate formation, public company reporting, corporate governance, employment law and intellectual property. Often I find myself busy on days when training is being offered, and I'm either distracted with responding to urgent work-related email messages on my PDA, or unable to attend due to work obligations. With WODL, I can turn it on when I have some down time and pause it if I need to handle something related to work." • Geographically Dispersed Attendees. Attorneys get the same seamless, effective training experience from WODL regardless of their locations. As one attorney who typically attends training remotely said, "I find myself always referring back to the e-discovery course.
