Skype for Business is the business-grade tool more and more enterprises are choosing to get that seamless roaming experience. The Skype for Business mobile app is the endpoint application that provides all modalities — voice, video, chat and desktop-sharing — to a user's mobile device. Group Productivity: In addition to being accessible via a Web browser on any platform, Yammer, Microso's enterprise social-sharing platform, also has mobile app clients on iOS, Android and Windows phone that make posting and reading Yammer conversations a snap. Office 365 Groups enhances group productivity by providing a converged experience that offers the capabilities of old-fashioned email distribution lists, a shared calendar, OneDrive for file-sharing and OneNote notebooks. Microso provides Outlook apps with innovative features such as the Focused Inbox and the ability to connect to a wide range of backend email services, including Gmail and Yahoo, Office 365 and enabled on-premises Exchange servers. Documents: Mobile versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint bring accessibility to these files to iOS, Android and Windows phones and tablets, ensuring you always have access to the information you need no maer where you go. With the addition of OneDrive for Business, you can securely store and share documents in enterprise-managed cloud repositories. Note-Taking: Millions of users rely on OneNote to capture, index, search and retrieve their notes. "Instant recall" now can be achieved on any mobile device using OneNote mobile apps. Many versions support ink and audio inputs in addition to text. Communication: Gone are the days when a phone number was mapped to a device on a desk in an office in a building. Now a phone number more oen identifies a person, much like an email address.
