Documents: Mobile versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint bring accessibility to these files to iOS, Android and Windows phones and tablets, ensuring you always have access to the information you need no maer where you go. With the addition of OneDrive for Business, you can securely store and share documents in enterprise-managed cloud repositories. Note-Taking: Millions of users rely on OneNote to capture, index, search and retrieve their notes. "Instant recall" now can be achieved on any mobile device using OneNote mobile apps. Many versions support ink and audio inputs in addition to text. Communication: Gone are the days when a phone number was mapped to a device on a desk in an office in a building. Now a phone number more oen identifies a person, much like an email address.
