But there's so much to learn before you get to the handshake. "Professional services" is a broad term, and this white paper reflects that expansive view. Efficiency continues to be important, but how do you prioritize? How do you sustain a customer service culture of "yes"? How should you handle a machine intelligence team member? When the waters get rough, how do you navigate through a job change? Our authors have provided answers to these and many more questions.
