What If the Data
Were Perfect?
Data analytics can turn chaos into order. From a
technical perspective, the process involves taking
relatively unstructured data and finding the hidden
structures and relationships within it.
Of course, knowledge management (KM) professionals will find
data analytics tools and approaches very useful, since KM is all about
making information more useful or, more specifically, making it more
actionable to the people who need it.
