Subject: Telecommuting for Administrative Professionals I would like to know what kinds of policies and limitations other firms have on telecommuting for administrative (IT, marketing, HR) professionals. Do you allow a specific amount of days per week/month? Do any of your administrative staff telecommute more than half the work week? Karen Anzuini Chief Information Officer Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP Vorys will allow certain exempt staff to work at home up to one day a week. The benefit is available at the discretion of the department's manager, and HR must complete a site survey of the work-at-home area. This benefit is in use for certain members of IT and the finance group. I do not know of anyone who works at home more than once a week on a regular basis. Brian Donato Chief Information Officer Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP OVERHEARD ON E-GROUPS Do you have a legal IT-related question that you'd like to ask your ILTA peers?
