LSPs have expanded their graphic knowledge base to incorporate these tools once thought to be for external use only. According to the study, “Adopting an Educator Habit of Mind: Modifying What It Means to ‘Think Like a Lawyer’”: “When people merely hear information, they retain only about 10 percent of what they hear, while people exposed to a combination of oral information with visual aids retain approximately 85 percent of that information.” Therefore, the importance of graphic support is critical to the litigation team, which means LSPs can be a valuable asset in this area.
