Would you expect to see a distinct connection
between IT staff ratio and technology adoption profile? We did. And we were surprised by the results. We expected the number of IT staff per user to be highest for Type A firms, slightly lower for Type Bs and so forth, with Type Es having the fewest IT staff per user. That turned out not to be the case:
