WOW! Thanks for all the comments. I am a one-person shop with
outsourced engineers (onsite once a week). When I finally agreed to
meet with our vendor regarding Office 365, the Exchange portion
sounded too good to be true. We just upgraded to Office 2010, and we
use NetDocuments for our DMS, so the Exchange portion was the only
thing I was interested in. Taking into consideration all the comments, I
will move forward with the Exchange 2010 upgrade onsite!
