Sarah Pullin Global Chief Knowledge Officer/ Director of Knowledge Formerly of Baker McKenzie S arah Pullin, formerly of Baker McKenzie, has led one of the legal industry's most a m b i t i o u s g l o b a l t r a n s fo r m at i o n s o f k n o w l e d g e m a n a g e m e n t , c o n t e n t g o v e r n a n c e , d a t a s t r a t e g y, a n d A I enablement. Through her leadership, Sarah redefined knowledge as an enterprise-wide strategic asset, creating the foundational architecture necessary for responsible AI adoption across one of the world's largest law firms. Sarah designed and implemented Baker McKenzie's global Content, Data & Expertise Strategy, integrating taxonomy redesign, lifecycle governance, metadata alignment, and AI readiness into a unified operating model spanning more than 70 offices. Her work dramatically improved content quality and accessibility w h i l e re d u c i n g r i s k , a rc h i v i n g m o re t h a n h a l f o f outdated legal know-how, and streamlining thousands of SharePoint sites and legal topics into a harmonized taxonomy. These changes established a scalable, AI- ready knowledge layer that enabled lawyers to quickly and consistently retrieve trusted, jurisdiction-specific information.
