66 R ecent advances in GenAI, including reasoning models and agentic AI, are rapidly shifting the focus from proof of concept to proof of value, creating pressure to demonstrate immediate ROI. This article introduces a new implementation model that recognizes the transformative power of GenAI and the central role human talent will play in unlocking its value. It begins with a brief overview of the unique nature of GenAI and the limitations of traditional fixed technology implementation models. It then outlines the Triple T framework for GenAI implementation, prioritizing talent development, team-driven process redesign, and technology augmentation. The Triple T framework emerged through personal observations of law firms' deployment of LLM platforms. It incorporates guiding principles and practical case studies for broader application across industries and organizations. Triple T is a starting point, not a blueprint.
