Of all the survey findings and
data points, much encouragement
comes from midsize firms'
identity as distinct and unique,
based on their agility and ability
to move quickly, their ability to
truly leverage technology tools for
market advantage, and their use of
investment in tools and platforms to
attract and retain new talent. While
this snapshot of the 2025 survey
hopefully provides a good starting
point, a deep dive into the full report
is time well spent.
BETH THOMPSON is Vice President, Global

and corporate legal departments achieve
