Mar ta has par ticipated in the LawTech Bridge program and joined a LawTech UK panel to discuss the importance of procurement and key preparation steps for engaging with law firms. She founded the Women in Legal Tech Scotland Group in early 2024 with the suppor t of ILTA Europe , establishing a Women of ILTA Connect community in Scotland. Mar ta has chaired in-person events discussing topic s such as impostor syndrome and self-advocacy, providing a platform for women in the legal tech field to connect, share experiences, and support each other's growth. Marta actively engages with the legal tech community on LinkedIn, sharing knowledge, networking with industry professionals, and staying updated on the latest trends. Her involvement with ILTA includes attending ILTACON, participating in the ILTA myMentor Program, and serving as a cer tified Mental Health First Aider.
