Since joining the legal industry almost two years ago, Marta has been involved in numerous projects and initiatives, contributing to her personal and profes sional grow th . Her leadership skills and strategic thinking inspire colleagues to contribute their unique perspectives and talents, driving the firm towards greater success and efficiency. Marta leverages her knowledge of technology and interpersonal skills to make impactful contributions. She actively educates, raises awareness , and shares knowledge within her role and with the internal innovation group. Mar ta has par ticipated in the LawTech Bridge program and joined a LawTech UK panel to discuss the importance of procurement and key preparation steps for engaging with law firms. M a r t a c o n t r i b u te d to m u l t i p l e H M C o n n e c t c o n fe re n c e s , delivering ses sions on optimizing existing technologies and tools . She founded the Women in Legal Tech Scotland Group in early 2024 with the suppor t of ILTA Europe , establishing a Women of ILTA Connect community in Scotland. Mar ta has chaired in-person events discussing topic s such as impostor syndrome and self-advocacy, providing a platform for women in the legal tech field to connect, share experiences, and support each other's growth. Marta actively engages with the legal tech community on LinkedIn, sharing knowledge, networking with industry professionals, and staying updated on the latest trends. Her involvement with ILTA includes attending ILTACON, participating in the ILTA myMentor Program, and serving as a cer tified Mental Health First Aider. Marta's efforts to foster a trusted resource community, provide relevant information , nur ture professional development, and embrace volunteerism demonstrate her commitment to ILTA's core values.
