M a i l i s e manages marketing technology tools , knowledge management proces ses , and implementation of tech solutions like Litera's Firm Intelligence tool, Foundation. In her role, she works with IT to document data mappings, plan system updates, and connect platforms through integrations and APIs. Gathering user feedback, assessing data quality, planning process updates, finding new data sources, and tool-integration mapping are ways Mailise helps expand technology adoption at Arnold & Porter. Her standards for professionalism fuel Mailise's passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues and peers as they navigate ways to improve operational ef ficiency and increase their firm's adoption of emerging tech solutions . She ensures team members can access documentation and collaborative tools and creates environments that foster connections and meaningful relationships. Mailise listens to her fellow volunteers, encourages diverse points of view, and respects and celebrates the contributions of all her colleagues. Mailise enjoys engaging with other ILTAns through at tending Women Who Lead sessions, webinars, virtual roundtables, and loc al in - person events . She facilitated multiple educ ational sessions as an ILTACON session coordinator in 2024 and 2025. She served on ILTA's Volunteer Operations Committee for two and a half years and frequently contribute s to various ILTA volunteer projects, such as social media, videos, the volunteer handbook , and creating volunteer roles . As a Co- Chair of the Young Professionals Task Force, Mailise recently co -led the team's collaboration to complete and deliver their first report to ILTA's Board of Directors . She treasures the volunteerism- driven experiences ILTA of fers as they consistently provide opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of the legal tech landscape, connect with industry peers, share knowledge, and contribute to the community.
