Additionally, Jaclyn plays a key role in formalizing o nb o a rding pro c e s se s , b ro a d e ning training progra m s , a n d providing role-specific job aids, leading to faster and smoother upskilling and onboarding during the expansion of Sidley Austin's experience management team. Jaclyn orchestrated the rollout and support of Foundation across all practice areas and regions to enhance the visibility, accuracy, and efficiency of matter data and expertise. She enlisted new users as firmwide technology advocates, developed practice- specific configurations, integrated matter profiling into workflows, a n d i m p l e m e n te d d a t a c o l l e c t i o n a n d q u a l i t y a s s u r a n c e processes. The engaging training sessions, webinars, quick start guides, videos, and other resources for technologies that Jaclyn designed reached over 1,000 regular Foundation and hundreds of other technolog y users garnered exceptional satisfaction ratings and feedback . Through collaboration with a solution provider, she built an enhanced enterprise search platform that included new features and Foundation data, enabling staff to find clients, people, and data. Jaclyn also led her team in overhauling Foundation onboarding for marketing new hires, including hands- on simulations of critical marketing tasks on the platform, enabling new staff to be productive sooner.
