Priya Lele Co-founder & Chair She Breaks The Law P riya Lele, Co-founder and Chair of She Breaks the Law, began her legal career a s a c o r p o ra te f i n a n c e l a w y e r, t h e n shifted her focus to legal innovation and technology following the 2008 financial crisis. Throughout her 24-year career, Priya has excelled in leadership roles at global law firms across the UK, US, EMEA, and Australia and most recently as a Director of Legal Transform and Operate in a Big 4 accountancy firm, partnering with General Counsels and C-suite executives across APAC to drive end-to-end digital transformation of corporate legal departments. While Legal Operations Lead, UK-US and EMEA at a global law firm in London, Priya built and managed a high-performing team and spearheaded the development and adoption of bespoke tools, and a user-centric technology roadmap for the corporate practice to transform the firm's service delivery through process optimization and tech integration.
