Machine Learning Technology
In defining the survey questions, we include a general Review QC question to take the temperature
of how people are working to QC and the tagging done for productions. This helps everyone understand
what and how quality checks are performed. This is not a software feature but a workflow - it is
individual to the firms and how they complete reviews.
What QC checks are performed during and after document review
*Second-level review is either a manual review of a percentage or selected document set, may or may
not include documentation of tagging overturns, and can also include TAR.
