Similar to past surveys, ILTA members are asked to share future
technology they believe will alter the status quo. When asked: "thinking
about the next three to five years, are there technologies or trends you believe
will create significant change or be a major factor in the legal technology
profession?" 64% of all respondents indicated Generative AI, 10% pointed to
cloud/SaaS, 7% security, and 4% automation.
