31 I L T A N E T . O R G Building from a 2022 jointly conducted survey between ILTA and the Conversant Group, this all-new survey was conducted with the sole purpose of benchmarking security threats across law firms and providers to see where firms believed their gaps occurred. Questions on compliance, control, and configurations of tech were reviewed, and it became apparent that what we all thought were the biggest threats were not always the case. We have highly-motivated threat actors and end users who are human beings. The data here can help you evaluate controls to help manage that combination. Here, ILTA and the Conversant Group provide the full, unadulterated data results for you, and your firm, to interpret as you will, and act accordingly. Threat actors are out there: it's time for our legal technology industry to act! All ILTA members can access the FULL Survey for FREE! For all non- ILTA members and #legaltechnologists, the Free Executive Summary is available! And keep an eye out for our Security Survey session at ILTACON this year!!! But wait, there's more! We asked two long-time ILTAns to take a stab at the current Security Survey, to look at LegalSEC Summit, and more industry events, and give us two fantastic takeaway articles. And they've done just that — read along and dive into the industry and ILTA content in ways that we've never looked at it before! Rebecca Sattin and Kenneth Jones work to provide ILTAns of all walk and tech sides, new information, vantage points, and more. ILTA Publications is grateful to these authors, who come from our Business Partner AND our Member sides, for their reviews and comments and we look forward to having both back at ILTACON and writing and reporting how #iltacon2023 will continue to move the needle for #technologists! Cybersecurity and Your Firm Access the all-new Benchmarking Survey! L E A R N M O R E
