One might anticipate an evolving
trend in security give the times in
which we live. This year, however,
demonstrates an odd change in
protecting data that is transferred
outside of organizations by
litigation/practice support teams.
In 2020, 48% of survey respondents
told us that their organization has
a policy requiring that all data is
encrypted when transferred outside
the organization. In 2021, that
number slipped slightly to 43%.
