ILTA Steven Rudnick is the Director, Legal Spend Management at QuisLex. He has more than 20 years of corporate operations and analytics experience developing efficient and innovative solutions including legal invoice review and compliance, legal spend analytics such as program benefit ROIs, benchmarking, and predictive modeling. Before joining QuisLex, Steven was Operations Manager – Legal Invoice Review at one of the world's largest insurers where he advanced the use of analytics in billing review and compliance of a $600M+ per annum legal spend. He is also currently a highly regarded MBA instructor with more than 17 years' experience teaching Business Analytics and Operations Management in an executive MBA program. Steve received a B.S. in neuroscience with research distinction and an MBA from the University of Rochester. Vivek Khanwalkar is Manager, Legal Services at QuisLex. Vivek has managed numerous high- volume, complex document reviews, including several large antitrust litigations and regulatory investigations. He also manages deployment of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) solutions on large document reviews, in addition to managing legal operations support and legal spend initiatives for several global companies. In the legal operations space, Vivek oversees matter management and legal spend solutions. His teams also provide spend analytics, legal cost metrics, and MI reporting to in-house counsel to make better and more informed decisions. Vivek graduated with honors from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a B.S. in Information Systems, and earned his J.D. at Temple University with a focus on international law. Vivek works at QuisLex's Hyderabad, India office, and enjoys volunteering and exploring India and Southeast Asia with his family.
