I took advantage of the network of trusted colleagues gained
over the years through ILTA and other industry groups. Ultimately,
it was the people I reached out to that ended up being the single
biggest factor in helping me find the best fit. These contacts
provided information not necessarily available otherwise, such as:

me realize the importance of leaving a positive impression with others
in all daily interactions. I recently heard a quote I think is very fitting,
"It's not what you know or who you know, it's who knows YOU."
