In the coming months, ILTA will begin to further define myILTA and what it means for ILTA offerings on the road ahead. In a nutshell, the roll out of the strategic plan over the coming three years will be the embodiment of myILTA. myILTA will be built with a focus on content, connection, and leadership. To help inform the effort, ILTA will be launching a Member Survey in early October 2020; and will be consulting several ILTA volunteer groups to guide the discussion. Keep an eye out for these outreach efforts as every voice counts in truly making myILTA what it will become. Cumulative recommendations from surveying and consulting efforts will be presented to the ILTA Board at the close of 2020 to kick 2021 off with a strong focus on getting the delivery of myILTA rolling. The main focus of these changes can be summed up to improved readability for better communication and clearer expectations; no changes were made to our Privacy Policy. We understand that members of the ILTA community communicate to enhance their careers and to build and maintain business. However, we also respect the privacy of all ILTAns. The Non- Solicitation Policy was designed to ensure that all ILTA participants have a common understanding of the use of the ILTA Member Directory and ILTA online communities. IMPORTANT: This policy does not in any way prevent ILTA participants from discussing products and services, as well as business issues, or recommending the same. Questions? Contact membership@iltanet.org Participant Applicant Review Committee Paired with the launch of the Industry Participant category roll-out, it was recommended by the Membership Task Force that ILTA create a new volunteer group to help the organization properly vet applicants interested in Industry Participant status.
