47 I L T A N E T . O R G For the very first time we also saw a collaboration between a SIG and a corporate partner when we held a member forum on What Are KM Professionals Doing Around Content Management? with iManage. Our panel consisted of peers based in Portugal, Belgium and UK (It couldn't get any more European than that!) We brought our connected community to firms! Last year we grew our membership by approx 10% so a natural concern was about new member onboarding especially without ILTA's trademark hospitality at physical events. We decided to bring ILTA to our new members by delivering virtual presentations internally to teams in law firms and law departments.A special nod to new members Mills & Reeve LLP, Bridgestone Europe, Taylor Wessing LLP and Burges Salmon LLP for diving in with enthusiasm (and patience!) We collaborated with our corporate partners to deliver virtual events with a twist! It would have been impossible to deliver educational programmes in UK & Ireland without the added expertise and support of our business partner community. So far, ILTA Europe volunteer teams have worked with peers and business partners (iManage,Docs Corp, Tessian, Mendix, Tikit, Prosperoware, Neota Logic and most recently Net Motion) to: • Deliver our first local meeting in Dublin to our growing Irish community (Thank you to the team at Dillon Eustace for hosting!) • Deliver a global roundtable with peers in US for over 150 attendees • Deliver a virtual social for over 60 members • Deliver our first virtual executive roundtable for our heads of IT community • Deliver thought leadership in the form of seminars on Privacy by Design, Design Thinking and Low – Code platforms to over 50 individuals • Publish a quarterly podcast to highlight new talent in the industry (Fresh voices) • Deliver a virtual roadshow series on Microsoft Teams in UK law firms to over 200 attendees What a great way to be reminded camaraderie and goodwill is ever present in our community! To find out more or follow our progress in Europe join our ILTA Europe linkedin group or get in touch with our local team via ILTAEurope@iltanet.org.
