Paula Doyle, Esq.
Paula Doyle is the VP of Legal at
Globality. She joined Globality after many
years as Lead Counsel for the European
Cloud and Solutions business at IBM.
Prior to IBM, Paula worked for leading
New York law firm Weil Gotshal and
start-up Micromuse. Paula is passionate
about equality issues having successfully
lobbied the UK government to make
changes in the law to help vulnerable
members of society. She is committed
to greater diversity and inclusivity
in business for the overall benefit of
economies and societies.

Paul Domnick
Paul Domnick has a long career in
technolo. His decade in legal IT has
been split between Litera Microsystems,
where he was president from 2014
until 2019 and Freshfields Bruckhaus
Deringer as CIO from 2009. Prior to
2009 Paul held various senior technolo
leadership roles in global financial
services organizations and their suppliers
including, Zurich Insurance, UBS, CSFB,
BNP Paribas, Perot Systems and Fidessa.
He has been responsible for development,
infrastructure, architecture, strate,
procurement, sourcing, sales, innovation,
re-engineering, change management and
transformation in different combinations
throughout his career. He has an MA in
Chemistry from Jesus College Oxford.
