12 Stephanie Richter Stephanie Richter is the Senior Website and Digital Marketing Specialist at Thompson Coburn where she uses technolo, insights, and persistence to help the Firm measure and achieve its marketing goals. She accomplishes this by collaborating with multiple departments, practices and locations in order to analyze and manage the Firm's website and digital presence through a flexible improvement process. Leaning into her optimistic ambition, Stephanie has led website design projects inside and outside the legal industry in addition to creating Thompson Coburn's Website Standards Guide and Marketing Data Analytics Program. Kristi Smith Kristi Smith is the Senior Manager of Expert Systems and Automation at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and serves as a member of the firm's Global Innovation Team. As a licensed attorney with an aptitude for incorporating innovation into legal processes, Kristi has a passion for utilizing expert systems, automation, intelligent workflows, and collaboration tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal service delivery for BCLP's lawyers and clients. In her role, Kristi strives to design and develop solutions that encourage individuals to work smarter by stitching together the right combinations of people, processes and technolo. About the authors Giana Hall Giana Hall is Senior Project Coordinator, Research Services at Arnold & Porter. Unquestionably wet behind the ears, her primary strengths are her hunger for knowledge and inability to ignore a problem. She holds a nontraditional technical services role focusing on logistics and project management, covering projects like the integration, configuration, and maintenance of various systems. Brad Blickstein Brad Blickstein is principal of the Blickstein Group, a research and advisory firm serving the legal community. He specializes in legal operations and technolo–often focusing on how they impact legal service delivery models. Since 2003, Brad has helped dozens of organizations understand the needs of attorneys and corporate legal departments. He is publisher of the seminal Annual Law Department Operations Survey, the Effective Legal Spend Survey and is a columnist for Above the Law. He is also publisher of the new Legal AI Efficacy Report. Prior to forming the Blickstein Group, Brad was a founder and the president of Corporate Legal Times (now known as InsideCounsel), the nation's largest magazine for corporate counsel.
