6 WWW.ILTANET.ORG | ILTA WHITE PAPER LITIGATION AND PRACTICE SUPPORT ILTA's 2016 Litigation and Practice Support Technology Survey Results Fellow Litigation Support Professionals, New technologies and processes are continuously changing litigation support. It is important for all of us to keep our fingers on the pulse and monitor any changes. The 2016 Litigation and Practice Support Technology Survey results provide valuable insights into our industry. Review the survey to see the areas in which you need to improve and areas in which you are running with or ahead of the pack. Use the data to evaluate and compare to influence change within your team and your firm. Interesting notes from this year's survey results include: There is a continued trend by firms to do more themselves instead of outsourcing. The use of technology-assisted review and predictive coding has not increased significantly, only changing a few percentage points from 2015 to 2016. Collection from social media and mobile devices has increased, but very lile. 1 2 3 ILTA's 2016 Litigation and Practice Support Technology Survey Results Intro by Chris Haley of Troutman Sanders eMerge
