WWW.ILTANET.ORG 43 STRENGTHS OF INTROVERTS Here are some of the strengths of an introvert: • Listens well and often • Thinks critically and likes to gather information from multiple sources before offering solutions or opinions • Anticipates change and prepares for impending changes (excellent preparers) • Focuses exceptionally well, offering their full attention even in the midst of total chaos • Expresses himself or herself well in writing • Recognizes others for their contributions at work • Is diplomatic with others' feelings and can deftly manage tense office politics • Lets employees run with their own ideas These skills make introverts highly effective leaders!
