Leveraging NLP and NLU algorithm power, which are one of the prominent fields in AI, chatbots can understand intents, contexts and further handle end to end human- machine interactions. Why are legal departments deploying Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered chatbots? Law firms, as well as corporate legal departments, continue to look for new ways to enhance efficiency and drive productivity.
