As the legal marketplace (r)evolution continues to take shape, it is clear that everyone within the legal service delivery ecosystem will need to collaborate more deeply to aain successful outcomes. Underlying successful innovation are key pillars that include a deep empathy for stakeholder needs, craing a clear vision of success, navigating cultural challenges, workforce development for new and existing job roles, and engagement of the entire ecosystem in designing solutions that will have lasting practical impact. The diversity of our membership has never been greater and the problems that our members are tasked with solving never more difficult. Challengers are on the horizon and it is imperative for ILTA members to come together to help our community rise up, overcome and lead our industry into the future. ILTA is also innovating in how we help bring all of our members together and facilitate the conversation, initiatives and connections that will be most impactful. From forming communities for similarly situated individuals to cross-community collaboration initiatives involving the entire ecosystem, we are striving to help our members connect, learn and achieve like never before. We are also innovating our education and content strategies as well. In the coming months, we will begin to publish related content in multiple mediums to help our members discover the most relevant information to them. We are also working with subject maer experts in establishing learning pathways that will guide our development efforts and help our members focus their time to gain the most from their learning experiences, whether at ILTA events, local meetings or online. By growing and evolving our content and educational offerings, ILTA will serve as a reliable resource to you for education, content, and connections that will help you solve the most challenging problems and take advantage of the most exciting opportunities.
