64 PEER TO PEER: THE QUARTERLY MAGAZINE OF ILTA | WINTER 2017 Who are ILTA's Strategic Relationship Liaisons? Who are ILTA's Strategic Relationship Liaisons? MEMBER RESOURCES Our passionate and commied member volunteers are the heart and soul of ILTA. In their work with ILTA's strategic business partners, this group of volunteer members known as Strategic Relationship Liaisons (SRL's) advocate for members when the need arises within the legal technology business solutions of the business partners, and helps bridge gaps in learnings about solution offerings. The SRLs facilitate business partner connections to help the partners deliver programming across ILTA. This includes blogs, articles, speaking in sessions at conferences, virtual events and local roadshows. The SRLs also provide feedback from ILTA members for future product and service development. One major outcome of the 2017 ILTA Member Survey was the overwhelming request for more thought-leadership from our business partners' product development, strategic consulting, and organizational solutions service areas. Members look to the business partners to help solve their business challenges across various areas of legal tech. Our SRLs play a key liaison component to help connect the business partners with the membership through thought leadership education that helps solve those problems.
