71 WWW.ILTANET.ORG ILTA Names New CEO: The People, The Process and ILTA's Bright Future ASK THE EXPERT identify a professional leader who could help ILTA's Board, staff and members tackle "what's next?" by challenging our assumptions and contributing a new voice to the discussion. I'm thrilled at the prospect of working with Dan and can't wait to see what's next! Meredith: The legal profession is shiing, and the client is in the driver seat on pricing and risk. Technology through machine learning, artificial intelligence and practice management are drastically altering the way we practice. As legal professionals, we must adapt quickly to create opportunities to increase revenue for our organizations or change the margins, and I want ILTA by my side through it all. Michele: I'm excited and energized for ILTA to continue to lead the legal association world. We'll benefit from the amazing vision upon which Randi built ILTA's foundation, and we'll thoughtfully grow in size, value, revenue and membership with Dan's strong background in the legal market. His clear and proven focus on growing memberships, generating revenue, building international relationships and creating innovative programs, along with his passion for coaching, mentoring and membership connections, will serve our peers well. Shirley: ILTA's recent focus on leadership education with Leadership NEW.0, the Talent Council, virtual events conducted by leaders and mentorship opportunities will help ILTA evolve and engage new members, including aorneys and legal operations professionals. This new engagement and focus will improve ILTA's understanding of the legal environment and continue to help us grow. P2P We repeatedly returned to the words culture, peer-powered and family feel.
