We honed our infrastructure (LAN and WAN architecture) before moving to the next phase, and successive steps have allowed us to meet or beat the tolerance levels established by our stakeholders. Managing expectations, as always, is fundamental. We work together to test and ensure that systems can withstand outages; and we do a full technology switch to the co-located site once a month.
