The changes were quick because the system is cloud-based. And there are new things to learn and new ways to accomplish tasks you've done the same way for years, but that's a small (and temporary) price to pay for having a highly secure, redundant and easy-to-manage email system without the overhead, costs and complexity of maintaining it.
